The autostart-programs slow it down, not the systemfiles.

Why? Try it in safemode, press F8 during bootprocess to install/uninstall Shellpacks

after i install bricopack, my computer lost the sound.
my computer can't even detect my sound card anymore. help me please.
i tried to uninstall before but screw up my original window and same problem with no sound.

Do you have a Disk that can reinstall the Sound Driver? Do you know your PC's brand? If so try the brand's website. They might have the drivers for download there.

I'm using klitecodecpack's media player classic to play video clips but once I installed this LeopardXP BricoPack, the video went blank when I play it full screen. Anyone has encountered this?

Hi i just had to sign up to this forum today because i had no other choice of asking where abouts can i get the mirror site link for this awesome bricopack?? its the first version isnt it?? like latest release that we are talking about?? because i love the look of it. ive had vista inspirat 2 for xp for ages now since it first came out and now its time for a change of look. i wanna download this leopard pack for xp but i cant on the official site for some reason theres a error or the link is down on the main site. is the pack in english because when ever i get sent to the main site to download it from, its in another foreign language (http://www.trucsenvrac.com/shellpacks.php?id=16). can someone provide me with a alternative mirror site which they already have the installer for?? been searching every where for it and everyones pointing me to the http://www.trucsenvrac.com/shellpacks.php?id=16 site but the link is down for it. thankyou

Uninwstall the Bricopack before (best way in safemode, press F8 during bootprocess) and install the Leopard-Pack in safemode too

because that could be causing the error in grabing the install?? ive tried with lot of browsers (firefox latest version, Ie7 and safari on both my laptop and desktop). when i click on the download button on the bottom of the webpage it shows up a little box in the middle of the screen and turns down the light levels surrounding it for only a couple of seconds and then the page goes back to normal and at the bottom of the status bar on each of the browsers comes up with    java script:void(0);. thanks

Yeah but i cant wait any longer lol. iam trying to get across if someone could kindly upload the free whole pack onto like repidshare.com or some other mirror site please so i and many others can download without troubles. plus it will take the stress off the website which is the only one with the actual pack to download from (i cant find any other server or site hosting the package which is retarded, because there site is getting punded and overload by traffic to 1 link every day). thanks

I still have issues grabbing the .exe file from the website (regardless of what browser I use), but ended up finding the download on another site (which was slow as molasses!

The executable's filename lists francais in it, but the installer gives you the option to choose English, so don't think it's all in French!

PS - If the link expires or something goes wrong with it, please PM me so I can fix it Although nothing should happen to it.

Some bugs (or just issues):
1.) The login screen isn't formatted correctly for me. It'll show the user icon, but the username and password textarea do not display, thus not being able to type in a password to log into the account. The logout screen isn't formatted correctly either, but I saw a post about changing the msgina.dll file, so that I'll obviously fix (and I assume this would fix the login form issue too?)
2.) Somehow in Pidgin it created a collapsible textarea. When I'm not typing in it, it's minuscule, and of course when typing, it expands. Which is NOT a default Pidgin feature (or option.)

I guess you'll have to edit the skin with TGTSoft StyleBuilder.
