Try to refresh/delete your icon-cache. Download TweakUI (from Microsoft, right side), install it and at the bottom you have the option "REPAIR", chose repair icons (reboot) ...

Do you have a file called remove.exe in the BricoPacks folder? | |

 C:\windows\bricopacks\remove.exe - if you don`t delete the folder doubleclick it
