When I installed the Vista Inspirat Brico Pack (2.0.1) everything worked fine except an annoying little glitch - there was a small box in the bottom left on the screen. It was in the same colours as the taskbar. It also stayed above everything and would not let me click icons that were under it. I had to unistall the pack. If I could get rid of it I would happily install the pack again. Does anyone know how to get rid of it if they've had the same glitch?

I don't quite get what you mean. A screenshot would help a lot

I had the same problem. I could drag it around on the dekstop and it would stay above everything. It was about 3x10 pixels big. I dragged mine offscreen and it went away.

I can't give a screen shot since I uninstalled it.
I try reinstalling and see if I can get rid of it and if not I'll give you a screenshot.

Heres a screenshot.
I've found that it is like a chunk of the start menu staying on the screen when you open it.
You can't drag it around.
Thanks for any help.

Strange, do you use Vi-Start or Vi-Orb ?

Try to use other Visual-Styles, VS are here, here or here.

Read this tutorial to change your VS

This is really odd. Do you have any programs that add effects to your desktop/toolbar/start button? [like ViStart, ViOrb, or Y'z Shadow]

I'm not sure what ViStart or ViOrb is, so presumably don't have them. But I do have Y'z Shadow - do you reckon I should stop running it and see what happens?

I use Y'z Shadow but I'm not aware of any of the others being used. So do you reckon that disabling Y'z Shadow will stop it from doing this?

I have Y'z shadow and Transbar but I don't think that I have any of the others. Do you think that disabling them would stop this from happening?
Sorry about all these posts, they didn't appear so I though I had to repost.

Try to disable all programs you don`t need and see when it`s gone

Maybe it`s a part of the startmenu - can you make a screenshot with open startmenu ?

What happens when you change the VisualStyle, does the color of the shadow change too ?

I manged to get rid of it.
Disabling Transbar got rid of the grey coloured square thing, but left a little seethrough square behind. When I disabled Y'z Shadow the seethrough box went. I know that when most people have these enabled they don't have the same problems. The box is a part of the start menu aswell, if that helps.

Try to add Transbar to the exclusion-list from YZ-Shadow

How would you do that? If you hover over the .exe file with the magnifying glass it sees it as windows explorer and hovering over the toolbar doesn't do anything.

In the YZshoadow-Folder is a file called "YZshoadow.ini", you can edit it with notepad:

EXCLUSION_LIST_EXENAME=C:\Programme\DivX\DivX Player.exe import your program with path here

Nope that hasn't worked either. It's becoming a bit annoying now. Maybe it's just a glitch that needs fixing in the next version.
