I have some starnge problem with True Transparency, since 5 days when I downloaded it I got this error 6 times :

This error randomly shows up only when I open my documents (for example - I opened my doc 4 times w/o problems but next time I got error) I have TT in "my documents/vista/tt" if this matters.

I dont use the newest version because of CPU usage bug.

Any ideas how to fix it?

Maybe install Visual-Basic-Runtime again ?

Or wait until the author Lefreut said something about this problem ?

Please try the beta version here. The CPU usage bug should be fixed. Maybe the other bug is also fixed.

I was having the same problem and I'm glad I ran across your post, I downloaded the Beta.version into the True Transparency folder, I extracted the file there, but my question is should I delete the original version or leave things as they are?  

If the Beta version works, delete the old one

Yes, delete it and don`t forget to copy the skins into the new Beta-Skin-Folder
