I have a slight issue with the Quick launch feature since I installed the Vista Inspirat theme.  
I used to have my about 3 to 4 Icons visible in quick launch and when I hovered over it I would get a drop menu with the rest of my Icons in quick launch.  After installing the Theme, it appears that my quick launch almost the entire length of the tool bar.  Any programs that I have open get squished to the right side of my tool bar.  If I disable the Quick Launch feature the open programs appear normally on the left size of the tool bar.  Is there any way to fix this?

Have you try to unlock the taskbar and resize the quick launch bar ?

May be you need to make the taskbar higher before resizing quick launch !

I enabled a few other toolbars such as: Address, Desktop, Itunes, and links and then diabled them.  Then the quick launch started to work correctly.    go figure.
