sorry if i have posted in the wrong place
i have down loaded a lot of .pgn files that are 256x256 they look great
i would like to convert them to  ico files  so i downloaded icon box and converted then to 256x256 ico files
now the ico i made look small

and if i zoom with the ctrl and mouse wheel they stop zooming but the standed vista icons keep getting bigger  

thats what i would like my ico files to do so what the max icon size in vista ?

and is there a program to make pgn to ico bigger then 256x256

The largest size included in the Vista icons resource is 256 x 256 pixels

ok found the problem you need to right click iconbox choose format and tick all 32bit sizers
all is good
