Ok I have been having this problem a while now. When I start up, I go through my boot screen ok,but then when it goes to the log in screen, it just shows the black background (with the green and blue neo lights) and then nothing. I have Whindows Xp, Vista Insparat 2. There is no way to log in even.

Thanks.

Sorry man, but you're in trouble now.

Try finding something, if you can't, just take it to some IT guys. The pros can handle it.

Can you login to safemode now ?

Yes i tried that, but it still shows up as a big ol black screen, except, because it runs as 16 bit color, there is an enormous portion of the left side is pure white.

I popped in my windows Xp repair disc, I still have to reactivate my copy of windows,(don't have Internet home) but I believe everything else is back to normal. I mean this in the nicest possible way, but... I will NEVER use your brico packs again. Im going to uninstall it from all my pcs, laptops, and handlelds. I will also stop refering my friends to using the bricopack. That is, until this bug, or glitch is fixed.

a bit hard, huh? I don't think this bug happens to many people, and as you see, it's mostly easy to fix. Well, do what you want  , but saying bricopack is bad is a bit bad, isn't it? :non:

Correct, but I mainly wont use it because I am a bit of the "Computer expert" in the family. Anytime a person has a problem, they come to me. (ahem, similar godfather moment )

If i did cause a problem with their computer i could be in some serious trouble, and no one would trust me anymore.

I dont mean it as a insult (as i mentioned) but this bug is a bit dangerous, expecially with my uncles, who only know how to reformat a HD.  :beurk: LOLZ

I think it's not 100%ly a bug of Bricopack
It can be a virus or its a glitch but does not come with bricopack I suppose

The best thing is to install Bricopacks in Safe Mode
These Virus guards sometimes really play the demon's role
