i uninstall the bricopack. it says you want to go back to xp look. i said yes and it still looks like vista. so what do i do now?

You have to clean your icon-cache. Download TweakUI (from Microsoft, right side), install it and choose the option "REPAIR", chose repair icons (reboot) ...

And you know how to change the VS to Luna ?

it not just the icons its the black colour, the start button is still vista and login menu (i'm using xp pro) and i did use the tweak. still nothing.

Hi, after i choose the windows xp theme (including repair icons). the next time i reboot it reset itself. is it ok to login in safe mode and delete the files ? will that help?

I dont want to repair windows xp for various reason.

Update Windows, maybe SP3, this should overwrite all systemfiles
