I wasn't sure who to contact specifically for this, but I found a minor bug in TrueTransparency

Otherwise, it's been working quite well so far.
I have XP + SP3 (installed XP with it slipstreamed onto a new disc)
4GB RAM (XP 32 sees 3GB), 2 x 3870's in crossfire, Phenom 9600 BE (very soon to be 9850 BE), and CPU watercooling...
[kind of off topic]
I have TrueTransparency automatically set to use core #3 on startup (using a program called Start Affinity, combined with nowindow), and with that it doesn't give me any noticable performance hit (the very small amount of CPU power it does use on the third core isn't noticable if I'm just going to run apps such as Folding@Home on it)
If you have a multi core CPU, you might want to consider doing something like that with 3rd party skinning/widget programs.
