Hey guys I'm new here and was wondering if anyone knew of a way to apply an icon carousel for the xp desktop.(Similar to the album art carousel found in itunes)I ask this question because I found a wallpaper showing a desktop icon carousel online. Here is the picture of it-

I think you have to make a new icon from your existing one by embedding that carousel with your existing icon , you just need two separate icons i.e: the blank carousel  icon and the one you want to put on it.
