Is there a .exe pack that I can double click or a .dll that I can use that swapper cmd on that makes all the Vista icons on XP?

I made this post, otherwise it wouldn't bother me, because I have nearly completed the XPista transformation, I'm about to do the sound pack.

I think you mean Vista Transformation Pack? Well, CrystalXP.net has her own packs, called Bricopacks. I think you should look for support on their website..

Icon .exe pack:
You could try this (I don't know if it works) or this (should work).

Those are cool, but I meant one that installed all the icons in the windows folder so that they appeared where the normal icons are, as though I had vista.
I tried the icon-switching thing but no icon appeared at all so I'm not trying that again.

you go to the theme request bit to find skins/themes for stuff.

Here is a tutorial how to change your icons and convert PNGs to ICOs  

You can always install the Vista Inspirat (Bricopack) to get the Vista icons and more (And they will appear normally, like you want!

Lol, I am considering it again but it stopped all sound except System noises.

Sounds like you`re not very familiar with systemfile-customizing, one single error can crash your XP  

If you want to change your icons, try this
