I don`t have this kind of DLL here ?

Are you sure your PC is not infected ?

Read this, scan your PC with the freeware-tools you find there ...

this file does not exist for windows, nothing like that was even createdfor windows, so u are infected!
normal anti spyware and stuff won't do much, so use roguefix, or smitfraudfix to get it off, and run a malware scan with a-squared free 3.1 after that. tell me if it get's solved out. if it doesn't, u can also try this site to get some help:  :ar: link to ST forums

[START OF EDIT] Personally i believe it's an infection cause i've never heard or seen or anthing about this file, but u can try it, idk [END OF EDIT]

I don`t wonder that the file it not in the database - when I search at google with "qfkqmgml.dll", I find only this topic here, no other matches, looks like this is an unknown file for google

Are you sure the name is not a typo ?

Ok, 2 ideas:

1 - search your HD for the file (maybe it`s backuped)

2 - check the autostarts to see what kind of program need the file ...
