Hi Jkatsou

Go offline, close all programs (without yzshadow), run taskmanager, stop single processes and see when the box is gone - when you know what program (exe) did this shadow, go to the settings of YZShadow and "Exclude" the program - this will stop the phantom-box

I found the application but i can not exclude it. It's the wireless software (ZXfgSvc.exe). The Y'z shadow says that you have to open the task and then exclude. How can i open this task?

Did you drag and drop the exe-file causes this shadow into the YZshadow-Window ?

Try to edit the yzshadow.ini - import the name and path of your exe, something like this:

Quote :

EXCLUSION_LIST_EXENAME=C:\Program Files\MSN Messenger\msnmsgr.exe C:\Program Files\MSN Messenger\msnmsgr.exe C:\Program Files\Windows Media Player\wmplayer.exe E:\Program Files\Intel\Wireless\Bin\ZCfgSvc.exe

Its nice that you are trying to help, but as you can see this topic is very old. Try not to reopen old topics in the future :smile:

on my system it was ZCfgSvc.exe causing the problem.

i searched for it (i think it was in \windows\system32) and renamed it to ZCfgSvc(old).exe.

the problem has gone, the system runs perfect...
