would anyone be able to recommend a good clock that would display as a rocketdock icon?

Getting analog clocks for Rocket Dock is no problem. Installing it is hanging me up. Any help here ?

there is a analog clock that comes with rocketdock.

Right-click on RocketDock (the dock, not an icon), then go to "add item" then find "RocketDock Clock Docklet" at the bottom of the menu. Click on on it and it will add a clock to RocketDock.
 
To change the clock face you just need to find a suitable clock face that you like then add it to your RocketDock icons folder. Then right-click on the clock icon on the dock then choose "icon settings". Pick the clock face that you want to use from the icon folder and apply it.
