I have an empty white box on the top right of my start menu where I believe the user account picture would normally be (screenshot attached).  Any idea on how to either remove that or change it?  I've already gone through the User Accounts in Control Panel and tried changing it a few time.. no luck.. Any ideas?? Thanks!

Thanks for the reply .. Unfortuantly I already tried that with no success.  I believe I might have changed some registry key a long time ago that remove my name and pic from the start menu.  I need to dig through the registry to see if I can do the same thing with Inspirt.   Anyone that has a good feel for the registry entries for Inspirt please let me know if you know if this exist.  Thanks again!!

First you have to enable Welcome Screen option in control panel/user accounts.
After that you log off and log on again to see if your account name and account picture appear on the start menu.
(turn off welcome screen will disable your account picture)

If the account name does not appear, follow these steps.
go to run, type regedit to open registry editor.
follow the path: HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft\ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Policies \ Explorer
in the right panel, find NoUserNameInStartMenu and set the value to 0.
