Is there any software that changes the Title Bar and only the Title Bar to be transparent? I've tried out other ones but they make the whole thing see-through. Hard to read when that happens.

about the transparent thing, i have nt seen any thing else than stardock windows blinds. but still not sure if you can get a completely transparent bars with that.

Glass2K is fine, for freeware, the only tool to make XP-Borders transparent is Windowblinds,
but it costs 20 $ and maybe slow down old systems ....

Thanks for all the help!    I don't have WindowBlinds and although I have no dobuts that my CPU could manage it, I'm reluctant to splash out £15 on a program that only makes my computer look better (which I'm doing okay myself   ).  If I new coding wizadry then I might be able to modify Glass2K, but I don't.  Does anybody know any tutorial that could help me? IS it even possible?

Edit: Downloaded and ran it... Not really to my liking. It changes the whole window (button style) and seemed to make things unclosable, is this right?

Anyway I've kind of given up hope of finding something that'll do what I want. I'm happy now (sorry for leading you all on goose-chases by the way   ).

Hey Fix, use TransBar, I find it because I downloaded Vista Inspirat 2, and include that, you can put like 80%, 70% or whatever, its your choice

hmm still for using native borders theme - NV could make so...    still there suddenly poped out a lot of software for W that can skin borders: so it's not like it was few years ago    :^^:
