Hello all!

Amazing site, great resources.

I have a bit of a problem, I no longer have an original M$ version of logonui.exe on my computer, I can't change my logon screen now because the base version is a modified version.

Now is it possible to take it from the Windows XP Install CD? I looked and could only find LOGONUI.EX_ which is like ~200 kb, which seems small...

Any help in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated as I don't know what to do form here.

THANKS!  :he:

:update:

Nevermind all, someone else form another forum helped me fix this. Thanks tho.

Hi,

Sorry to post in an old thread, but I have the same problem, except my antivirus quarantines the file (damn NOD32) I tried to make it ignore the file and tried moving the file back to system32, but no use. Do I need to install "logonui.exe" some how?

Thanks

renaming it won't do. It is a compressed file, so i think we should extract it first.
