I installed this program yesterday.  The problem is when I try to open one of the files that I dragged from my desktop onto the dock, it won't open.  It asks me what I want to open it with--like if I was opening a .dll file.  Thank you.  Jackie

does it open when u click the icon on the desktop? if it dosent then you dont have the correct program to open a dll file... i dont either but i dont usually need to open them so you could do a google search for "programs used for opening .dll files" im sure you would find something.

He said like a dll file not, it is a dll file.

Yes, the files open on the desktop just fine.  Is there a program to opens dll files?  

 
No, an .exe has to call up a .dll and use it.. A .dll can't be used without a .exe knowing what to do with it..

I removed it until I get an idea of how to fix it.  I wonder why it effected my computer this way?  Thanks for your help.  legace, thank you for explaining about the .dll files.

Yes everyone happens. Can be this program clashes with any your program. The truth I do not know which program disputed... (Sorry for my English)
