I am trying to use Vista Rainbar v4.3.  I install the application (like it says in the readme) I pick a location, but then it says that the application installed correct and I can select the option to run Rainbar, but the next is greyed out and all I can select is Edit.
 
When i look in the installed directory, all I see is the following:
A skins directory
config.ico
Rainmeter.ini
Uninstall.exe
Windows Sidebar.ico
 
My question is, how do I run this app? Do i have to run this inside Rainmeter? Or did the install fail, in which case how do I fix it? Thanks for your help.

Vista Rainbar 4.3 installer has bugs. I am working on Vista Rainbar 4.5 (4.4 was never released), and it'll fix many of the problems.
 
I'll inform about the final release of 4.5 here (which should be in a day or two).
