After installation, my taskbar was not modified.... What could be the cause of this??

Could you post a screenshot?
How was it modified? Missing shotcutes or icons?

Maybe the VS don`t load?

In order to use these Visual-styles, you need to patch a file called UxTheme.dll.
To patch the UxTheme, download and run the Patcher (for Windows XP) from:  
:ar: Here for Windows XP SP2.
:ar: Here for Windows XP SP3.
