vista inspirat problem

hi i hv downloaded vista inspirate 2 and installed it choosing express option and after rebooting its was omg! everything was like windows 98 so i tried to reinstall then it told me that i already hv that instaleld would i like to uninstall that before i can install the new one i choose ok and it did uninstalll and asked me to reboot and i did now i tried to install it again and when i click on that it says  "Another shell pack is uninstalling, please wait and reboot if needed"
i did reboot and waited but nothing happen it says the same thign over and over again
so what is the suggestion for that problems to be fixed immidietly and which one i should choose when installing it again to make my xp look like vista?

well ive no idea but you really need to write a proper title like "vista inspirat problem"
not just "Help me asap!!!"      
and no offence but purple makes me puke :beurk:

Go to the control panel -> add/remove programs and make sure you've uninstalled the Bricopack.
 
If you are absolutely sure that you've uninstalled the Bricopack, then you can delete the folder C:\Windows\BricoPacks
and these files in the C:\Windows folder:
- BricoPackFolderDelete.cmd
- BricoPackLock.lock
- BricopackUninst.cmd
- BricoPackUninst.txt
 
Then try to install the Bricopack
