I have FindeXer and Qttab bar installed but I decided to go back to the original xp. So I unregisted FindeXer but the left pane won't come back and I don't know how to fix it.

• Go to Control Panel. Open Folder Options.
• Under the General tab, in the Tasks section, select the option Show common tasks in folders.
• Click on Apply.
• Click on OK.

That should do it.

Incorrect. That would just give you the Windows Explorer view.
