I have this small problem:
 
When i run visual tooltip (atm it runs when comp starts up) the taskbar just disappears and in its place there is a green splodge near where start should be, if i right click the splodge i can choose show taskbar and it appears again but it still leaves the green thingy, although it does disapear after you open any program and hover over the tab and the thumbnail from using truetransparency pops up, which covers the green splodge and when it comes back down its no longer there.
 
Any idea how i can stop the taskbar from disappearing in the first place???
