Hey, does anyone know what applications or customizations are on these desktops?

It's not a linux desktop, because Miranda runs only on Windows platform.

Thanks guys for helping me out and this is the final result of my desktop, I'm happy with what I have . But, maybe I could improve on it too! [:
 

Plus, there is CCleaner and Photoshop icons in the taskbar (native Windows programs)..

so how do u get the toolbar at the top? im trying to find that one out.
and are those rainmeter u got on ur desktop?
