Not sure if I will want Windows 7 if it'll be any thing like Vista, Sure the looks and a few nice features is'nt enough for me to switch from XP, If you just want the Eye Candy and a few tweaks that can be done easy an quick and every runs on XP, Alot of my software did'nt want to work on Vista so I stayed with XP, Plus I can use the 200 or plus money on something else than just another Microsoft Failure....

You must either use TrueTransparency (not that good) or WindowsBlinds (costs about 20 dollars)

Actually Windowblinds cost 19.95$

Also you can use Fast Aero to give transparent Windows Border

Yes, you just need to patch the UxTheme file with a SP3 patcher
