EDIT: Nah I got it, I need to get a copy of WindowBlinds, probably buy it. I'll give it a try and let you know

 
Hmm, i got it. Somewhat the transparency is satisfying. But is it normal that my user account picture in control panel remains the dandelion forever :S?
 
Could it be I installed it with Inspirat theme? Should I ininstall brico before applying that Fedia's theme?

hello! i am using this TrueTransparent program too and its really cool and ofcourse - im writing ... about .. some encountered problems/bugs.. im on WIN XP SP2 ... and using this program - it .. kinda closes it self.. after every 10 -15 minutes.. then i have to launch it again.. no error messages.. no nothin  
 
well about that glow.... its kinda cool too - but if there could be an option to expand it..  
like - if glow would be a  white filled symbol for every letter - which size could be changable...  
 
then for example - if title size is set to 10... then glow size set to 14 for example..
 
and then.. the glow .. would cover up larger quantity .. and title would be more readable.....
 
oh - but i forgot... it wouldnt look so cool then .. because - it wouldnt be transparent .. (as in win 7 its kinda less transparent.. but still )
 
 
well anyways.. hoping on some answers .... atleast i might gave someone a thing to think about

 
Do you use the last version (v1.0)? v1.0  should be much more stable than previous version.
 
The crash is random or it happens always when you perform the same kind of action (close a window for example)?

its really random... like sometimes i just leave laptop for a while.. come back and - its crashed again... (nobody but me uses it)  
 
version... hmm... the only i could find... 0.9.4   but it says v1  on try pop up menu

looks like thats the one i got already... same size.. + trying to launch it - it crashes too .. after a while..

 
It's strange. It don't have such crash nor any report from other users about crash.
 
Do you have many other apps running with TT? You could try to close as many apps as possible and launch TT to see if it still crash.
 

well i closed every program - except explorer.. so that TT would be used.. but still.. it crashed...  took only 2 minutes this time...
 
well i guess thats the bad side of free programs - always posibility that on some PC it wont be stable.. ...  if it goes - yay... if not... well no big loss...  
 
but when it goes.. its TOO COOL TO BE TRUE if taskbar would be as transparent( program titles clear - background transparent) .. .. would be awesome but i guess its harder than explorer windows..

yep, but i fancy more transparent taskbar   (thats the name of that program )    a bit easier to configure.. well but thats not the point... both of them just makes taskbar transparent....
 
just like styleXP -  it can make transparent taskbar,windows,startmenu etc... but the real deal - aero -  is when background is transparent...  but title, thumbnails, words are normal (non-transparent)  just like TrueTransparent makes background transparent - but windows title - true opacity...
 

 
I don't understand why you see such frequent crash    And I don't know how to find the problem if the crash is random.
 
Which skin do you use?
 
XP 32 or XP 64 bits?
 
Are you administrator of your PC?

xp 32  and i am using administrator account  
well only sollution i could think off.. would be - make a program that checks if TT is launched if not - it launches it
but i guess it would eat up much of laptop resources...
 
oh.. and windows xp skin...
