I don't see any problems with the icons, except maybe they're 10% smaller. For the buttons, my guess would be that it's your theme???

Yes, you are right.
So how do I fix the icon problem?
 
And for the buttons, I've tested it on my cousins computer, and it was working as it should, unlike on my computer.

Right click your desktop.
Choose Properties.
Click the Settings tab.
Click the Advanced button.
Now, change 'Large Size (120dpi)' to  'Normal Size (96dpi)' to and click on Apply.
 
It might ask you to reboot. If so, press Yes.

Wow! THanks! That fixed my problems, but is there a way to make the texts bigger?

I think there are a few, but they all contain minor glitches as far as I know. Like there's one in the Accessibility options for the visually impaired to make all things bigger, but you once again get icon problems.

Because the Vista Inspirat theme is optimized for 96 dpi, anything larger will break it
