I installed aero fast.. and every time when my windows starts its gone, i mean I have to run it again.. is there any chance to set aero fast that starts when windows starts?

 
Make a shortcut of the .exe file into  
C:\Documents and Settings\(user)\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
