im going to make a explorer for xp like visplore but visplore doesnt work on my computer

2. Read my second line, where I say it takes years to learn. So, we really can't help you.

3. I'll guide you to your first steps:

• Learn intermediate/advanced C++ or Java to get a basic idea of programming concepts and logic.
• Learn Visual Studio, in any language of your preference.
• When you're done with the above two steps (which should take between 0.5 to 5 years depending on your time and resolve), ask your question again.
