i need help with downloading icons and changing them on the desktop. so far i've figured out how to change one, i was just messing around, and now i cant get others to be like it.
 
Also how can you can the size of an INDIVIDUAL icon? or is that even possible lol..
 
does anyone know how i can get a desktop theme? =X

but it didnt really help because i wanted to know how to change SIZE of ONE icon it self...lol...=D

You can use Icon Workshop with which you can edit icons... Including its size...

If you prefer freewares then do try IcoFX

I too need some help with the icons. I have them downloaded as .rar files to my computer, I just don't know where to save them so that when I want to use them, in my rocket dock for example, my computer knows where to look for them. Could someone please tell me what file I need to save the icons in?

 
You do not have to put the icons in any particular folder, just extract them somewhere, and on the folder/shortcut you want to change the icon of, just go to Properties>Customize>Change icon and browse for the folder that you extracted the .ico in.
