| jm069 Profil: New Penguin | Greeting...... I'm using asus eee pc 904 hd. I tried running directx 9.0 c diagnotic tool. Here are the result.
1. DIRECT DRAW TEST: Failure at step 18. HRESULT 0x887600e1.
2. DIRECT 3D 7 TEST: Failure at step 40. HRESULT 0x887600e1.
DXERROR(0x887600e1, "DDERR_NOEXCLUSIVEMODE", "Operation requires the application to have exclusive mode but the application does not have exclusive mode." )
I got this from other forum but i really dont know what is it.

poiru Profil: Moderator | Probably due to the weak graphics chip of the ASUS EeePC's. Anyway, you should ensure you have the latest drivers installed

Actually, I tried googling the latest update for directx 9.0 c and installed the directx 9.0 redistributable which I downloaded and still the same.
Graphic Chip latest diver ? thats really I dont know what latest driver will i going to install. please help | |
