Could anyone please tell me the name if the taskbar/desktopbar not sure what it's actually called, in the bottom of the picture/attachment. If anyone called tell me what it's called or where I could get it that would be great!

Looking at the bar behind it, it would appear to be RocketDock - http://rocketdock.com/
 
It works like the dock on Mac OS X, so you have shortcuts to all your favourite applications, and you just drag and drop!
 
the reason it looks like that is because they are using an icon set for their applications, so they drag and drop their applications and change their icon to those black and gold ones - however I don't know where to find that set
