I noticed that several CustoPacks available on the internet for download involve changing the appearance of the start button. However, when creating CustoPacks, there does not seem to be an option for the start button to be changed. How many I incorporate a new start button in a CustoPack?
Any help is appreciated,

P.S. It doesn't appear as though any of the existing CustoPacks modify the explorer.exe, so it's not that either. | |

Depending of the OS, the option is directly embeded in the visual style, or it's include in a system file. You can modify some system files in the visual style options. | |
