i saw on the dl page that there should be a mouse/cursorhttp://www.crystalxp.net/bricopack/en-crystal-clear.htm tux in the crystal pack. i installed the pak and its not in there. does somebody probaly got it as an extra pack or something like that?

Try installing the BricoPack again in Safe Mode. Normally it should install correctly. I'll move the topic for you as well.

"safe mode" you mean where the whole drivers are deactivated in xp (administrator when i push f8 at booting)?

Yes, on boot up press F8 and select safe mode

Have you tried to go to Control Panel > Mouse > Pointer Options and to chose a theme from the drop box (I'm not sure if the pack creates a theme or not, but there maybe one )

If you can't find a cursor theme there, you might also be able to find the actual tux pointers in one of the subfolders of the "Bricopack" folder located in your Windows installation directory (usually C:\WINDOWS)

You might want to try this before reinstalling the pack in safe mode, it seems to me like it's less troublesome

I think the easiest way to do this is to use the Crystal Project theme for IconTweaker it'll change icons and the cursor too
