I downloaded & installed Bricopacks Vista Inspirat and i keep recieving an error message upon startup of pc after logging in. The following error message is as follows:

"cpqset.exe - Illegial System DLL Relocation

The system DLL user32.dll was relocated in memory. The application will not run properly. The relocation occured because the DLL C:\Windows\System32\Shell32.dll occupied an address range reserved for Windows System DLLs. The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLL."

What should i do?

What version of Vista Inspirat are you using?
If you are using the latest, version 2, then this problem should've been resolved. It is caused by the KB925902 update from Microsoft.

From what I found on the net, cpqset.exe is a HP application. If you do not need it, open the start menu, select Run... and type in msconfig. Press OK. Select the startup tab and unselect cpqset.exe.

is it possible to download a hotfix for this issue without disabling anything?

Uninstall version 1.1 (Safe mode) and then install the latest version 2 (Safe mode).
