I was wondering about the way vista inspirat changes the look of the system, does it replace the system files with files of it's own, or does it change files that just roles the visual style of windows?

I'am just worry about the idea of changing the system files because it's too risky.

Yes, Vista Inspirat supports SP3. But remember to install SP3 first

The Bricopacks modify the system files (i.e. they do not replace them, but they edit the icons and bitmaps with Vista alikes).
Note that the Bricopacks backup the system files before modifying

I've had already the Vista Inspirat 2 with WinXP SP2 and everything was worked well. Then I updated the SP3 and it seems like sp3 disables the skin of Vista Inspirat...
Only the RocketDock and the new icons are working. I've reinstalled the Vista Inspirat (no use), then unistall, change the Windows' desktop theme and set everything else to it's original state, then install it again.
When the install was over i've reboot the pc and full systen was good (including the skin!, but in 10 seconds the theme turned back to Win Classic again
So... what should i do?:biggrin:
