I have 2 problems with Inspirat 2.

There's this odd missing color spot in my explorer window that I can't seem to get rid of. (
Screenpic) Is there a way to fix this?

Also, in my Display menu under the Appearance tab, I try to change the colors, but they still stay black. Is there a way to fix this?

The colors do change (Black, Green, Blue), but the part that changes is the green bit on your screenshot (the part with the white gap)..

Try to lock your toolbars. If that doesn't help, follow the instructions here (post by biglazy1020):
