I HAVE INSTALLED VISTA INSPIRANT IN MY SYSTEM I LIKE EVERYTHING IN IT
 EXECPT SOME SUCH AS TOOLBAR STYLE  WHICH I WOULD
 LIKE TO HAVE AS IN CRYSTAL CLEAR BRICOPACK

You need to change your visual style.

Do you need the program or skins for the program?

Because you probably didn't include yztoolbar in installation.
