How to you change your recycle bin icon???Because I have the 2 recyclebin.iso files... Where do I put em? How do you do em?

That doesn't explain how to change the rocket dock icon. Besides I already have the ICO icon. I just don't know where do I put them in rocket dock. It doesn't explain where?!
