You need to refresh your iconcache, download TweakUI (from Microsoft, right side), install it and at the bottom you have the option "REPAIR", chose repair icons (reboot) ...

I will edit the title "help" if some other members use the board-search

Ok, then you don`t uninstall the Bricopack ?!

Please make a screenshot of the Windows-Explorer-Toolbar and Harddrive/Folder-Icons.

He said he did. So he did. This also happened with me. But not just the icons. Plenty of other things were still the same as when I still had the pack installed.

You people better check the uninstallers. Since sometimes they don't work correctly.

The uninstaller works fine, install and uninstall the Bricopack in safemode (pressF8 during bootprocess). Hundreds of thousands users install/uninstall bricopacks without any problems.

No, it looks like this is not the XP-Toolbar  :xeyes:

Did you have any plans to install SP3 ? This would oerwrite all systemfiles.

Other way is a repair install of XP, you need the XP-CD, it will overwrite all systemfiles without format c:

Next time please install and uninstall bricopacks in safemode, press F8 during bootprocess
