I fixed my issues earlier by doing a System Restore but I really want to use this because it was great.
What I did was:
Uninstalled old version
Installed SP3
Booted into safe-mode and install Vista Inspirat
Logged in and it gave me classic login(easily fixed I thought)
How wrong was I when I went into control panel and there was no User Accounts or Add/Remove Programs(there were OTHER things I could open). When I switched to category view I saw everything but was unable to click on User Accounts or Add/Remove programs.
I also could not right click desktop and go to properties to change Wallpaper, Theme, Appearance, etc. I couldn't even go to the My Computer properties....
Anyone knows what's up?
