poiru Profil: Moderator | The pack has to be the same language as yours, so could you post your language of your XP here to see if anyone can help. | |
MichaelBall123 Profil: New Penguin | Hi I had a similar problem as you have mentioned, HAd it installed on one HDD which crashed so I replaced it with a new one, but bits of Bricopack were still present...A freind who is a Microsoft engineer as well as the dogs nuts programmer told me to remove the system battery for about ten minutes( Tats the little flat battery on the motherboard) He seems to think bits of Bricopack are held in the memory..It worked fine for me, and I now have a machine running judt perfectly with Bricopack, although some Microsoft updates won't work, and some of Norton 360 updates won't work with it

? ? No, I don´t think so @ kunoichi325 I don`t understand your problem. Your windows-folder is ~ c:\windows and you installed the Bricopack on d: or e: ? Maybe you only need to clear the iconcache ? Quote :
First try this, download TweakUI (from Microsoft, right side), install it and at the bottom you have the option "REPAIR", chose repair icons (reboot) ...
