Is there any way I compile my own BricoPack?  Also, it would be awesome if BricoPacks could work on xp pro 64bit, or other 64bit systems, but that's a different question..

I know how to make installers, but the program I use does not support backing up of the old files. I guess NSIS (Google for it) supports backing up, but it is harder to use.
So yes, you can make your own installers, which install the system files you want

I don't think I understand... What do you mean by 'backing up the old files'?  WHERE DO YOU START in making a BricoPack?

Thanks!

Well you should download an installer, and start learning how to do it.

When you install the Bricopacks, it replaces Windows system files such as logonui.exe [for logon] or paint.exe [for the Vista-style Paint]. When you install the Bricopacks, they get rid of the Vista-style ones, and then replace them with the original system files.
It took the backup of the original files when you installed, and it restores them when you uninstall.

You can change all your icons withoput a bricopack too
(thats a secure solution for newbies in systemfile-customizing)
