nope.. sorry. but thanks for replying. i uninstalled the bricopack, copied the original shell32 file.. reinstalled the bricopack and then copied the original over the new one. now i have 2 more issues.. when i click on my computer, it lists another drive F:\ in my case and it has a bif question mark by it.. it says it refers to a location that is unavailable.. and the other problem im having is my cdrom drive will not function correctly (i have 2 drives) i have to uninstall the drive and then click scan for hardware changes and that fixes the problem (until i restart my pc)  this is only happening after i install the bricopack.. any advice?

Hi VeNoM0713 !

Now the Bricopack is installed or uninstalled ?

If it`s uninstalled try a repair-install of XP

Quote :

1. When the Press any key to boot from CD message is displayed on your screen, press a key to start your computer from the Windows XP CD.

2. Press ENTER when you see the message To setup Windows XP now, and then press ENTER displayed on the Welcome to Setup screen.

3. Do not choose the option to press R to use the Recovery Console.

4. In the Windows XP Licensing Agreement, press F8 to agree to the license agreement.

5. Make sure that your current installation of Windows XP is selected in the box, and then press R to repair Windows XP.

6. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete Setup.

This will only overwrite the XP-Systemfiles ...  After reboot, make a windows-update ...

:meuh:

Edit:

By the way, this error shows up only with old bricopacks, the new Bricopacks works fine
