So I cannot find the network computers on my pack that i have installed. I had a workgorup setup before  on my xp. on xp there is a thing that says show work group computers. its not there. when i go to network places there is a tab to create one but when I do the computers on my network don't show up I need my network to print .Please help!!!

Are you the only one that can't see/be seen on the network or are all the workstations blind?

Try the following:

- Rename the blind comp something diffrent, like TEMP.
- Ping the router.
- Can you get on the internet w/ that machine? What kind of connection are you using? Cable, DSL, dial=up, what?
- Check the cable
- Check the little light on the router to see if the router sees the machine
- Use Ctrl-Alt-Del to close all tasks but systray and explorer
- If that worked, Restart and close all tasks but those two and something else. Then if that worked, try w/ the 3 tasks and an extra task. Repeat until failure.

Ah. This is easy
Go to desktop -> right click -> select Properties -> select Appearance -> and in the box where is "Aero Green", select ClassicXP.
