I did the express install of Instpirat 2, but Rocket Dock does not seem to want to appear? Does anyone know why it does this? I enabled it in the Config but it still doesn't show. I'm going to try restarting my computer to see if that helps anything.

Are you sure Rocketdock is installed in the express install ?

i have the same problem. i just installed (complete) vista inspirat ultimate 2 on my notebook. but rocket dock doesn't seem to appear. how do i fix this?

Same problem. Installed Ultimate Inspirat, enabled Rocketdock (I can see it running in Processes), but it is not ANYWHERE to be found. Anyone got any ideas?  

Try to drag your mouse to the top of the screen and keep it there. Maybe it will pop-up

I have dragged my mouse EVERYWHERE on my screen...top, bottom, both sides... and waited. Nothing! Very disappointing!

This should reset the RD settings, so that it should be set to it's default state. Go to:
C:\WINDOWS\BricoPacks\Vista Inspirat 2\RocketDock

There should be a *.reg file in the folder. Right-click on it, and open it with Notepad. Then copy paste the following codes, maybe it will help..

Tried your suggestion...no effect. Still no Rocketdock...

I guess you can just disable the RocketDock, and then install from here:
http://rocketdock.com/

Done that, too. Uninstalled EVERYTHING and reinstalled form Rocket.com. Same result. Bummer!

 
 
Do you have a second display installed?
 
If you do, check to see if its appearing on it.  In my case it was, on the TV, which was off and I thought I had the same problem.
 
If this is the case, right click on the Dock/Dock Settings/Position/Monitor/Monitor 1
