I also installed crystal clear onto an XP64 bit operating system.

When I start my computer it goes to a blank desktop and cnrt/alt/del to bring up the tack manager is the only thing I can do.

If you can`t uninstall it, try a "repair install" of XP; google for "repair install xp".

A Repair Install will replace the system files with the files on the XP CD used for the
Repair Install. It will leave your applications and settings intact, but Windows updates
will need to be reapplied.

Read more about it ...

Ok so I cannot do anything I tried the repair console and typed in "BATCH BricoPack uninst.txt" got this:

Quote :

Type the Administrotor password:
C:\WINDOWS>BATCH BricoPack uninst.txt
The system cannot find the file or directory specified.

C:\WINDOWS>

When I start up the computer I get a blank desktop and cannot do anything except cntr/alt/del!
I cannot get the start menu at all.  of course I may not know how to do everything I tried the windows button and basically pressed every key combination possible on the keyboard.
does anyone have a direction for me to go?  I have searched and unable to search for 64 bit!
please help me!!!!!!!

Should there be a space between bricopack and uninst.txt? is bricopack a folder? if so, there should a \ between them.

I have had the same problem on my laptop, but i dont know if this relates to it..
When you start you see the desktop, press CTRL + ALT + DEL.
Then choose File > Run (look at the picture:)

Then open %SystemRoot%\system32\restore\rstrui.exe
After that, restore your computer to a point BEFORE the the problem
