I installed Vista Inspirat and after that I uninstalled them but unfortunately it wasn't removed completely. Now I wanted to reinstall Vista Inspirat again but whenever I reinstalled, it shows an error message. It said that: Another Shell Pack is already installed on your computer, please uninstall it first...
Someone can help me please!!!!

What happens when you select 'Yes" from the message which says
Do you want to remove it first?

And Hoangtuut, Welcome to Crystal XP

Did you try to
Start>All programs>Bricopacks>Vista Inspirat?Remove ??
or did you try to uninstall it from add or remove programs?

Thanks for helping but I couldn't find it. I think maybe it has some problems. I used add or remove programs but it didn't work completely. Now I don't know what I should do...

Hi Hoangtuut...
have you tried to manually delete the bricopack by going to C:WINDOWS/BricoPacks, and then deleting the folder of the Bricopack...?  :oui:

hope this works :great:

acdcrocks, this is an option when you have already uninstalled the pack and wan't to get rid of the remains :bad:

You cannot perform this operation when a pack is already installed :non:

Sounds like a sticky situation.  If you go Start>All Programs>BricoPacks is the CrystalClear pack there?  If so you can try and click the un-install link in that place.  Other than that I can't think of any other ways to help un-install the pack.

By the way welcome to CrystalXP :great:

Edit:* :ar: And there is another option to uninstall the pack
It's by navigating to
C>Windows>Bricopacks>Vista Inspirat and clicking on the Remove.exe
