I  am using sp3 windows,and the VISTA INSPRIAT2 . On the start menu,all programs is a scrolling menu. How can i disable this.

Right click on task bar & select 'Properties' ;)
Under 'Start Menu' tab click 'Customize' in front of the XP start menu :yes:
 
in the Appearing window, go to 'Advanced' Tab and Scroll down the 'Star menu items'
There will be a option called 'Scroll Programs'
 
Apply and Ok to exit the settings :smile:
