This person have a several sales with one of your BRICOPAK, in case of any kind of problem or refund who is the person in charge, him or CrystalXP.net? ... I really apreciate your support in this.

Well, all CrystalXP Bricopacks are free. So even though I'm not an admin, I think it's safe to say that guy does NOT have permission to sell the product for profit.
